Meet Shannon

Hey there, I’m Shannon! I am a girl with big dreams and an even bigger heart. My goal in life is to make everyone around me happy and lift them out of a funk when they’re feeling low. It’s one of the biggest reasons I love performing – being able to make people all over the world feel something different with the power of performance. There’s something magical about being part of a project that helps people escape, feel something deeply, or simply take a breath from their everyday lives. That’s the heart of why I do what I do.

Aside from entertainment, I am an adventurer through and through! I love horseback riding, swimming, kayaking, shooting guns, and even knitting to pass away the time. I also hold certifications in scuba diving, personal training, pole dancing, group fitness, boating, NRA and OSHA to name a few. If someone were to tell you I am the type of person to take on a challenge with a smile, they would be correct! 

After being bullied in school for not being the “prettiest” or “skinniest”, I started my fitness journey with Jane Fonda exercise videos, and eventually found myself becoming a gym rat – this led me to compete as a body builder and helping others live a healthier lifestyle.

I was one of the original mermaids at Ripley’s Aquarium, and I am a lifelong collector of vintage firearms and antiques, many of which have found their way onto movie sets. And yes, I have a soft spot for old cars (ask me about that sometime!)

All of these pieces of movement, adventure, precision, imagination, blend into who I am as a performer. Directors and producers often say I bring more than just talent to a role. I show up with energy, creativity, and total presence, whether I’m behind a mic, in a mo-cap suit, or diving into a scene underwater.
