What We’ve Built

Concrete steps already in place

Rather than only state a general commitment, we want to be specific about the accessibility work already built into this site:

• A skip to content link on every page, allowing keyboard and screen reader users to bypass repeated navigation
• Descriptive alt text on every meaningful image, so screen readers can convey what an image actually shows
• Semantic HTML landmarks and heading structure throughout, so pages are navigable by structure, not just by sight
• Text and background color combinations checked against WCAG contrast requirements
• Native, keyboard accessible HTML elements for interactive content, including FAQ sections and audio players, instead of custom widgets that often trap keyboard focus
• No auto-playing audio or video anywhere on the site
• A responsive layout that adapts to different screen sizes and zoom levels
